Regarding Jonathan Cahn, we glanced at his materials several years ago and had this to say to another person inquiring about him:
“We’ve run across The Harbinger before, but didn’t see anything worth spending time on. As I recall, it’s sensationalistic speculation without revelation or a Word from God. Stick to the things that the Lord is making known and the judgment He brings to you personally, and you’ll be part of the solution and not part of the problem. Those captivated with judgment coming on others don’t realize they’re part of the problem and that judgment is coming for them.”
Are you reading on our site, Joseph, and if so, are you sharing the Truth the Lord has given us with your wife? Only the Truth that makes free can supplant with Life the knowledge that goes nowhere.

I would think his speculation and unfulfilled predictions would meritinclusion in your list as false teachers. Perhaps you can reevaluate ,especially since he has written a second book.

We never decided not to include Jonathan Cahn, Joseph, but we also haven’t taken the time to write more about him that would merit publication. The Lord has us working on other articles and letters, particularly helping those who need and seek it.
Here you are, for example, one of many asking us for something. Are you taking advantage of what the Lord has provided through us, beyond the narrow matter of Cahn being false?
You didn’t answer my question from the last letter:
“Are you reading on our site, Joseph, and if so, are you sharing the Truth the Lord has given us with your wife?”

I grew up as a catholic, when I was a kid I did not atended much to mass just in special ocassions, but then in August I started to have horrible thoughts about the Lord that I did not want, they are scary and I always ended up crying, then I found out that it was a form of anxienty called scrupolusity, then I started to read the bible and praying, I went to a evengelican christian church, but it's now one that has people jumping around or screaming, it's pretty much quiet and it does not have a lot of members. Still I have worries about salvation and about what I believe because I do not want to be decieved and I'm still read and try to learn about the word, but sometimes I get confused about subjects and teachings, I really want to follow Jesus and I know that it's not easy but I want to be fertil soil. I also read the testimonies about hell and heaven visions and was wondering if they were true or not. I also have questions: Can you recommend me a way of studying the bible? How can I talk to others about Jesus, can you give me a short presentation of the gospel? I have a problem with the sin of anger and I wrote versicles about it and try to read them and pray , could you suggest another thing to do when feeling angry? Is it a sin to watch movies, dancing or ...
From: Court To: The Path of Truth Sent: Tuesday, April 05, 2016 10:08 AM Subject: Question I was reading an article you wrote on John Piper being a false teacher, and I had a question about it. Before I ask the question I would like to make clear that I am familiar with Piper, but do not completely know his doctrine. I have only watched a few short videos of him on youtube. However, your criticism of him as a false teacher revolved around the fact that he preaches about a place of eternal punishment for nonbelievers (Hell) as you can read from your own writing: One of the biggest and worst lies ever told in manmade Christianity, one that John Piper subscribes to and teaches, is that there is a place of interminable torment and punishment for sinners. Men think to find this doctrine in the Bible, but while it is something the carnal man would wish on others, it is surely not something God has ever said or that ever entered into His mind. He made creation as an act of His love. He so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son for it. We are His, bought and paid for by His blood. I was wondering where you got the idea that there is no hell, based on the fact that there are numerous verses in The Bible - some even spoken by Jesus, whom you believe to be God, as I also do - about the existence of a place of eternal punishment for people who do not believe in Christ. See a few examples, of many, below: Revelation 21:8 But as for the cowardly, the faithle...
From: Mike To: The Path of Truth Sent: Sunday, September 04, 2016 10:21 AM Subject: Review I just read half of the scathing review on Andrew Murray and had to stop. I have no need to defend Murray, God will be his judge. However, talk about self exaltation you seem to be the optimum offender. Who commissioned you to be judge and jury? I got the feeling that Murray's life was a reproach to you simply because you couldn't live up to his Christlikeness. Your exegesis on the passages that call us to conform to the image of Christ are skewed by your bias. Sorry but I think you need to read more Murray. Has Andrew Murray ever claimed to hear the Lord’s Voice? If so, are you taking his word for it? God is Murray’s judge, present tense, according to His Word spoken by us. Jesus Christ is here, but you deny Him. “Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesses not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antiChrist, whereof you have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world” (1 John 4:2-3 KJV). “The fool has said in his heart, ‘There is no God.’ They are corrupt. They have done abominable deeds. There is no one who does good” (Psalms 14:1 WEB). ...
