Hi Victor/Paul,

I thank The Lord for leading me to your site.

To make a long story short, I’ve gone to ‘The missing cross’ site and have been waiting more than 3 years to hear from The Lord but nothing comes. I do know that I have to take up the cross but never know exactly what is taking up His cross?  So when I found the site which say that ‘ waiting in silence’ is taking up the cross’ I took it.

In agony and frustration,  I pray and told The Lord that I can’t live without every words from His mouth instead of waiting for Him in silence.

I believe that He leads me to your site.  To be honest, when I red that Victor is the prophet, my first reaction was ‘Oh, Oh’. You do understand alot of claim by others.  However, I told myself to just read your other teaching first before I do anything.  I understood all you have written and agrees.

I red your book ‘What the Lord has done with me’ and is eagerly waiting for the next part.  Your journey is not unlike mine except for your marriage going through the testing.  As for mine, before I got into marriage, I have actually ask the Lord to give me a life partner that will bring me closer to Himself.  The Lord never fails.  However, I have not arrive at the feast of the tabernacle yet. That’s partly why I wanted to know how you arrived.

My questions:  a) Can I sing in my spiritual tongue to the Lord anytime and anywhere?  It is usually praising Him.  I know because the English words come later.
b) I do find it hard to speak to my brother ( I was born into a RC family) about The Lord not only because my husband is present but my brother will sort of stop the subject.. (woman not allow to teach?)
c) do you know of any true Christian in Sydney, Australia that I can have fellowship with?

You can ask me anything that you might want to know about me.  Most important, I need answers from you.

your sis-in Christ

Hi Eleanor, and welcome to The Path of Truth

The “missing cross” site, which I take to be Worthington’s (http://www.hallvworthington.com/MissingCross.html), is certainly missing the cross and the One Who calls us to take it up.

Have you red Worthington, Hall & Joan: Listening to the Anti-Christ Within? Read also The Cross – Only the Death Sentence Will Avail

We are called, not to techniques such as the Worthington’s teach, but to the One Who laid down His life for us in order for us to have life in Him. We exercise His faith, which He has given us because He’s with us, and thereby we hear His voice and follow Him as Lord. He doesn’t leave His sheep to starve waiting for nothing, but feeds them even while waiting on Him.

This answers your question about entering the Feast of Tabernacles, His rest. It’s His doing, not ours. It’s only for us to walk in the light with the Lord day by day, trusting Him and obeying in all things. That’s how we strive to enter rest. If you deal by faith with what’s on your plate today, you will learn that He is Lord over every detail and taking care of it all.

Your questions:

My questions:  a) Can I sing in my spiritual tongue to the Lord anytime and anywhere?  It is usually praising Him.  I know because the English words come later.

Why not, if you’re speaking of when you’re alone? The apostle Paul writes: “I thank God that I speak in tongues more than all of you. Nevertheless, in church [gathered with saints] I would rather speak five words with my mind in order to instruct others, than ten thousand words in a tongue” (1 Corinthians 14:18-19 ESV).

b) I do find it hard to speak to my brother ( I was born into a RC family) about The Lord not only because my husband is present but my brother will sort of stop the subject.. (woman not allow to teach?)

If your brother doesn’t believe and isn’t interested in hearing, you shouldn’t press anything on him. We’re called to forsake our families and not to try carrying their dead bodies with us on our spiritual journey.

“And another of His disciples said to him, Lord, allow me first to go and bury my father. But Jesus said to him, Follow Me, and let the dead bury their dead”
(Matthew 8:21-22 MKJV).

Where does your husband stand with the Lord? Is he leading you, and what does he think about talking to your brother? How is he handling this matter?

c) do you know of any true Christian in Sydney, Australia that I can have fellowship with?

We know a couple believers in Australia, though neither of them is in Sydney. But we have something better for you. Are you aware of our Forum, Sabbath meetings, and Bible readings? You’re invited to come meet with all of those whom the Lord has gathered – if you join the Forum you’ll have access to more information and instructions in the Private section about how to do these things.

And we’re working avidly on getting Part 9 of wHaT tHe LoRd HaS dOnE wItH mE posted. Lord willing, it will be up soon.

Thanks Paul for your reply.

Your Qs:Where does your husband stand with the Lord? Is he leading you, and what does he think about talking to your brother? How is he handling this matter?

My husband received The Holy Spirit’s baptism two days before me (in Feb 1988).  No, he is not leading me in anyway.  I guess I have not always been a submissive wife.  I used to be but somehow along the way, the role seems to be reversed.  I am a very quick or anxious person whereas he has always been slow in action.  Now I am trying to again.

With regards to my brother, in-law is actually outlaw.  We are of Chinese ethnicity, so my husband never get himself involved in my side of the family other then being polite, as married daughters are like poured out water.  When we were first baptised in The Holy Spirit, he did sort of preach to my mum, somehow he later has to apolgise to her for being so harsh and making her angry, then he never do it again.  Guess he learnt his lesson, as we also lost friends along the way.  We don’t regret that though.

Anyway, when I downloaded all the articles from your site, he is the one putting it into my ipad and phone so that i can read it wherever  and whenever I want.  And praise The Lord he has also started to read it too.

Thanks for the invitaion to the Forum.

You’re welcome, Eleanor. You and your husband may want to read The Vashti-Esther Transmutation
