Hi Esdras,
You should quote the material you’re asking about. Do you think we have a website of thousands of pages memorized, or that the particular words and context they’re used in aren’t important? On either count you’d be wrong.
Here’s the portion:
In order to promote the doctrine of the trinity, the writers of GotQuestions read into what the Scriptures say according to their natural minds and indoctrination of men. Let’s look at some common verses used to prop up the egregious pagan doctrine of trinitarianism:
Genesis 1:26-27 JPS
(26) And God said: “Let Us make man in Our image, after Our likeness; and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth.”
(27) And God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them.
Why “Us” and “Our” in verse 26, since God is singular in verse 27, it saying “He,” not “They”?
To begin, God was not alone:
Job 38:4-7 MKJV
(4) Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth? Tell if you have understanding!
(5) Who has set its measurements, if you know? Or who has stretched the line on it?
(6) On what are its bases sunk, or who cast its cornerstone,
(7) when the morning stars sang together and all the sons of God shouted for joy?
Genesis 3:22-24 JPS
(22) And the LORD God said: “Behold, the man is become as one of Us, to know good and evil; and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the Tree of Life, and eat, and live forever.”
(23) Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the Garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.
(24) So He drove out the man; and He placed at the east of the Garden of Eden the cherubim, and the flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way to the Tree of Life.
He was speaking with the cherubim, describing the situation and their mission. So there are others with the LORD God.
Aside from the sons of God who were with God at the creation, there are also the cherubim to whom He said, “To become as one of Us….” So who can doubt that these angelic beings are made in the image of God? How else can they represent Him and His glory to men?
“And the glory of the LORD went up from the cherub to the threshold of the house, and the house was filled with the cloud, and the court was filled with the brightness of the glory of the LORD. And the sound of the wings of the cherubim was heard as far as the outer court, like the voice of God Almighty when He speaks” (Ezekiel 10:4-5 ESV).
“Above it were the cherubim of glory overshadowing the mercy seat. Of these things we cannot now speak in detail” (Hebrews 9:5 ESV).

I am so sorry haven’t noticed your replies my father is the pastor and well I haven’t told him yet but I need to read the bible but I know only God can change me I repented but still go back to sin and I starting to feel my dad might be wrong ( he believes in eternal torment and trinity) and thats why I am asking what to do
