Hello i am a Christian. I would like to get closer to God. I am having anxiety and fear. The more i check for answers the more confused i am. One person  said God doesn’t relive anxiety.  What can I do to get healing. Thanks for helping me. God bless you.

Shanu,

For now:

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God which passes all understanding shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6-7 MKJV).

“You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You; because he trusts in You” (Isaiah 26:3 MKJV).

Read and read at our site. Here’s why:

“And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free” (John 8:32 MKJV).

“Therefore if the Son shall make you free, you shall be free indeed” (John 8:36 MKJV).

Read Acceptance.

Rapture Doctrine Is Strange, Unworthy of Consideration
From: Hugh To: The Path of Truth Sent: Wednesday, June 22, 2016 9:06 PM Subject: A couple of things I love your website. Please keep up the good work.  I don’t know how long ago you posted the article on Doug Hamp, but I want to comment.   I agree that this man is a false teacher for many reasons, but I disagree with the two reasons you selected to debunk him. The sons of God were angels, just check Job.  Also, Enoch is quite clear and elucidating on this, if you believe in Enoch, as I do. Jude referred to Enoch as a prophet. Second Peter bolsters Enoch.  The bible is littered with phrases right out of Enoch.   Secondly, the reason so many Christians argue about pre or post tribulation rapture, is because there is great evidence for both.  Unfortunately, people take one side or the other, when in fact if prophecy is fulfilled there will be two raptures; first for the elect and then for those who will come through fire.   The prospect of prophecy being fulfilled doesn’t look good because it was supposed to happen in the generation of Jesus, but it didn’t, so something else might happen.  Also, many prophecies of the Old and New Testaments remain unfulfilled, which supports the idea that we just might have a different ending that spelled out in the Bible. The Great Peace of the Wise
From: Benjamin To: The Path of Truth Sent: Wednesday, January 27, 2016 10:51 AM Subject: God bless you  I sure hope you have a good day today, because it looks from your website like you've been having a lot of bad days. Do you live day to day just angry all the time? Jesus said, "Come to me all who are weary and heavy laden and I will give you rest." You look like you could use some rest. If you live in anger and frustration all the time, you're letting this world steal away your joy. That's one of the fruits of the Spirit, you know. So are gentleness and peace.  Good bless you and have a wonderful day!  From: Paul Cohen and Victor Hafichuk To: Benjamin Sent: Monday, February 01, 2016 7:29 AM Subject: Re: God bless you  Bless the Lord, Benjamin, we don’t live in anger and frustration all or even most of the time. That’s your assumption based on disagreement with the truth the Lord has given us that exposes liars, cheats, and the willfully deluded.  You have no idea what our lives are like, do you? You also speak in total ignorance of the record of the Scriptures regarding what the lives of His servants are like: 2 Corinthians 6:3-10 MKJV (3)  We are in nothing giving cause of stumbling, in no way, so that the ministry may not be blamed, (4)  but in everything commending ourselves as God's servants, in much patience, in troubles, in emergencies, in distresses, (5)  in stripes, in imprisonments, in riots, in labors, in watchings, in fastings; (6)  i...
