Subject: Quick Question. .
I wanted to ask if you believe in generational curses? Some doctrines say Jesus finish e everything in the cross, so there is no generational curses for a new born in Christ. Can you explain ? I am very confuse because i myself felt at times as if i had generational curses from my ancestors. My life is not success in Jesus and don’t understand why. Thanks, and God bless.

Thanks for your nice piece, l have understood that God curses come as a result of being disobedient to him, that is not obeying His Laws.
But is there anything like generational curse? Because when u read 2kings14:5-6 it says that it is written in the book of law that parents are not to be put to death for crimes committed by their children and children are not to be put to death for the crimes committed by their parents; a person is to be put to death only for a crime he himself has committed.
These three chapters in the bible also state it clear that nobody is punished cos of the sins of his/her parents but everyone will be judged according to his/her deeds so where lies these Generational curse that people preached about? [END]
This was our answer:
Felix, it’s true that every person is responsible before God for their own actions. It’s also true that every person has inherited curses of one kind or another, going back to the very beginning:
“And to Adam He said, Because you have listened to the voice of your wife and have eaten of the tree, of which I commanded you, saying, You shall not eat of it! The ground is cursed for your sake. In pain shall you eat of it all the days of your life. It shall also bring forth thorns and thistles to you, and you shall eat the herb of the field. In the sweat of your face you shall eat bread until you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken. For dust you are, and to dust you shall return” (Genesis 3:17-19 MKJV).
We’re not off the hook because Adam or our ancestors sinned. We’re no different than they are – that’s why all are called to repentance and the exercise of godly faith in Christ.
My ancestors crucified the Christ and inherited the curse prophesied by David:
Psalms 69:21-28 MKJV
(21) They also gave Me gall for my food; and in My thirst they gave Me vinegar to drink.
(22) Let their table become a snare before them; and to those at ease a trap.
(23) Let their eyes be darkened, so that they do not see; and make their loins shake without ceasing.
(24) Pour out Your wrath on them, and let the glow of Your anger take hold of them.
(25) Let their dwelling be wasted; let none dwell in their tents.
(26) For they persecute him whom You have stricken, and they talk to the grief of those You pierced.
(27) Add iniquity to their iniquity, and let them not come into Your righteousness.
(28) Let them be blotted out of the Book of Life, and not be written with the righteous.
But when the Lord gave me repentance and turned me to Himself, the faith He gave me to obey Him reversed the curse and there was life from the dead. Therefore, you see that all these things are working together for good. There needed to be the fall in order to experience the resurrection of the dead; the curse to experience the blessing of God.
Does this help?
Turn away from false teachers who come as ministers of righteousness in Christ’s Name but are wolves in sheep’s clothing. Lies bind to death; only Truth will make you free. [END]

From: Donna To: The Path of Truth Sent: Saturday, January 02, 2016 7:19 AM I agree with everything you say …….. the temple of the living YHWH is within man. I believe though that there will probably be a 3rd physical temple built that no doubt will also setup animal sacrifice, which will try to negate the sacrifice of Yeshua. I have a question that no one so far has been able to answer….maybe you can and if not it is ok as some things maybe we cannot understand at this point. Why does/did a living God require a blood sacrifice? What is it about the blood of a physical being that would make a God require it for the redemption of sins? Is it the actual chemical composition of it….or???? I cannot seem to be able to make sense of it in my mind. Is it something like this -- since physical man fell from a higher place because of disobedience he because of the way creation was setup was destined to perish for all time…….is it because of how creation was arranged that if the “rules” were not followed that part of creation had to be destroyed….I think I get that……And then the son of man comes along perfect …..yet born of a woman…….chose to die a mortal death but in that death defeated IT and yet lives…..is it because He overcame this place we through him overcome…..and it was not necessarily the actual blood sacrifice. I think I understand everything except for the spilling of blood. In your opinion is there going to be an end time…… when this system is cutoff? ...

I met my husband at 19 years old, neither of us knew God. We ended up getting married 2 years later and I had our first son right before we got married. He joined the military for 4 years. We have 3 kids and have been together 16 years now married for 14. We have had many problems over these years beginning after our first child was born. They got worse and he did some things while being over seas and he then got into game addiction. He has always played games since the beginning but they got worse. He recently just spent over 2000 in 2 months on his game he plays non stop. It's very bad and has taken his life and has caused us to split up many times. I would say something and it lead to a fight then he would always pack and leave us till I begged him back. ...
