I just found your blog while doing some research about Amy-Jill Levine, who is giving talks in Helena this weekend. Lord willing, I will be presenting her with some reading materials, including the following link (with introduction), besides possibly speaking to her.

As soon as I began to read your material I asked myself, “What is wrong with this Paul Cohen person?”

Something is very wrong and I hope you have people who can help you. You have abandoned your place as a Cohen [Editor’s note: “Cohen” is Hebrew for priest] and have fallen for some kind of lie or delusion.

I pray that God may help you and take away all malice and confusion.

Derek, you say that I abandoned my place as a Cohen. Wow! You call yourself a minister of Christ, yet haven’t heard that the Levitical priesthood was finished two thousand years ago?

(11) Therefore if perfection were by the Levitical priesthood (for under it the people received the Law), what further need was there that another priest should rise after the order of Melchizedek, and not be called after the order of Aaron?

You are a patent fraud, exposed by your ignorant hubris. You pretend to be a minister of Christ, but are a self-aggrandizing religious whore whose day of exposure has come.

I sent you The Key for Israel and the Jew to see how you, as one claiming to be a “rabbi” who is “4Messiah” and the Jewish people, would react to the Lord’s Word for them. In an interview you even go so far as to say: “My family and I are converting [to Judaism] because our life calling and destiny is with the Jewish people.”

You identify with the Jewish people as Satan does, who savors the things of the flesh. You are the enemy of God and all that is good in His sight. You are a damnable liar strictly after whatever you perceive is advantageous for yourself, and you could not care less for Jews or for anyone other than yourself.

Calling yourself “rabbi” is setting a lure on a line or baiting a trap to catch the unsuspecting and simple who know no better, but who are attracted to the fleshly sensationalism of things that appear authentic because of presumed external and ancient connections to God. Not having anything from God themselves, they go for what only appears to be something, and are destroyed.

You are a shameless self-promoter, flatterer, and all around scoundrel. What sins are you hiding, “rabbi,” besides the ones that are obvious?

You reject as “malice and confusion” the only avenue of reconciliation that Jews have with their Messiah, confessing their sin of rejecting and murdering Him. This makes you a far greater sinner than those in darkness. The Jews were born into unbelief and rebellion, but you choose it while claiming to be in the Light, serving the interests of God and man. By deceitfully using the Lord's Name for gain while opposing His Word and intent, you are the lowest of the low.

Let everyone, Jew and Gentile, know that the “christ” you claim to serve is a devilish imposter, and not the One of Whom the Jews said, “His blood be upon us and our children.” Him you openly despise and deny in all your ways, works, and words.

We are so thankful to have received your reply, which gives us the opportunity to help many by bringing these things to light, for all to see and hear. We will most certainly add you and your words to our published list of False Teachers, not because you are anyone prominent, but because your example of sin is so exemplary.
