Harsh Words, or Words of Truth?

Subject: Wow. You speak harsh

I encountered your article because a friend sent me a youtube for Todd white. I sorta think it is kinda like witchcraft. I think it can bring demonic possession into those that mess with the dreams and using these gifts to give self satisfaction or an appearance of a prophet.

I have encountered a lady that has rented a room from me at my bed and breakfast in the mountains.

She tells me she speaks in tongues. That she has many dreams. I do not know what to think about these things.

I live a peaceful life and try to love others. I believe in only the scripture and prayer. I have been told by others I have a gift for discernment and prophecy. Although I take it lightly. Seeing this as a gift to EDIFy my spirit. I do not understand the lady that is visiting me.

She told me a dream today. I told her I believe it is witchcraft. I believe she is playing with things that can cause her many problems. I told her it was wrong. I told her she was allowing herself to be manipulated by witchcraft and evil demonic spirits.

She brought up a bad situation from an immoral friend of my past. I told her she was the problem and she was bringing it into my home.

Can you enlighten me on how I should handle Christians I believe God sends to my home?

I believe she is blinded in sin.

She cannot see her sin. She has dreams and tells what she sees with no knowledge of the real truth.

Thank you for your assistance.

Hi Dennis,

You say we speak harsh, but should one use vague and indirect language when dealing with such as Todd White, whom you rightly surmise is a false prophet serving the powers of darkness?

“I sorta think it is kinda like witchcraft. I think it can bring demonic possession into those that mess with the dreams and using these gifts to give self satisfaction or an appearance of a prophet.”

You ask regarding a woman you believe is blinded by sin: “Can you enlighten me on how I should handle Christians I believe God sends to my home?” Are you speaking of authentic Christians or those who call themselves “Christian” and aren’t? You also say of this woman:

“She told me a dream today. I told her I believe it is witchcraft. I believe she is playing with things that can cause her many problems. I told her it was wrong. I told her she was allowing herself to be manipulated by witchcraft and evil demonic spirits.”

You may well be right in everything you’ve said of this person, but where is the proof of your charges? How is she allowing herself to be manipulated by evil spirits? Did you give her something substantive to show her the error of her ways?

I looked at your FB page. You’re entertaining a mixture of truth and error, which the Lord calls the “broad way to destruction”:

“Go in through the narrow gate, for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many there are who go in through it. Because narrow is the gate and constricted is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it” (Matthew 7:13-14 MKJV).

Promoting Christmas while recognizing its worldly nature is one example of deadly mixture: That Devilish Spirit of Christmas.

The truth is harsh for those who love lies, Dennis. Not condemning you – just telling you the truth.

2 Corinthians 2:15-17 MKJV
(15) For we are to God a sweet savor of Christ, in those being saved, and in
those being lost;
(16) to the one we are the savor of death to death, and to the other we are
the savor of life to life. And who is sufficient for these things?
(17) For we are not as many, hawking the Word of God; but as of sincerity, but
as of God, we speak in Christ in the sight of God.

Becoming Citizens of Heaven

From: Greg To: Paul Cohen Sent: Friday, April 24, 2015 1:35 AMG'day Paul, the 25th April in Australia and New Zealand is known as Anzac day and commemorates the Gallipoli landings in the first world war.I don't expect you're familiar with the occasion but it's a very big deal here, especially since this year is the centenary. In years gone by I've been caught up in the emotion of the day but have begun to maybe see it differently. While the bravery and commitment of the men in the trenches is to be admired it seems to me the whole event was under the wrath of God.When God told Israel to go to war things went well but when they went of their own accord it went badly. The Gallipoli campaign was a disaster from the first day until the last and ten of thousands lost their lives.Would appreciate your thoughts.Kind regards,Greg. From: Paul Cohen To: Greg Cc: Victor Hafichuk Sent: Saturday, May 02, 2015 7:54 AM Subject: April 24, 2015 LetterHi Greg, I’m not very familiar with the Gallipoli campaign. You’re also right in what you say about Israel, but also consider how they were different than the nations around them, being directly led by God as spoken of by David, His chosen king:“And what one nation in the earth is like Your people, like Israel, whom God went to redeem for a people to Himself, and to make Him a name, and to do for You great things and terrible, for Your land, before Your people, whom You redeemed to You from Egypt, from the nations and their...

Repentance After Denouncing the Lord’s Ministry

From: Ashley To: The Path of Truth Sent: Saturday, September 20, 2014 2:09 AM Subject: deborahi truly like the header. Not knowing anything except the testimony of Christ. Why do you not follow that scripture? Why do you feel wise enough to tell someone they do not have a relationship with Christ? As if you could possibly know? As if he doesn't dwell within the heart of each believer… You are still a human. Not a god. And after reading what you have written to Deborah, who I believe truly has Christ in her heart, I can tell you one thing that points to the obvious truth that YOU are excersizing your own will, not Christ's. Love. Jesus would never give you such hateful, hateful words to say. i love you and i pray for you, as i believe you must have good intentions. Or maybe you are in pain.. and for that I pray for you as well. But Christ made it very simple what he sees as important. I see no love in what you are doing, and i see no glory being given to the father in your "good works" You say that you are light exposing darkness… but that is Christ's job, not yours. If you are truly following Christ (Matt 5:16) He will expose the darkness. That's the point of truth. So, I don't believe that you have the spirit of Jesus Christ in you, but I understand it's not my place. The fact that you think you have that right on the other hand, enough to tell someone they are satan, i think is quite disgusting. From: Paul Cohen and Victor Hafichuk To: Ashley Sent: Thursday, S...

Blood, not Brains Makes a Christian

From: Alecks To: The Path of Truth Sent: Friday, November 11, 2016 5:34 PM Subject: Questions on the Trinity.Hey guys, I'm pretty new to your site and I've been looking around a lot and learning some very interesting stuff.  I consider myself a "baby Christian" as I only started reading the Bible in February.  Since then I've read it twice more this year.  But, I do have a quick question about the denial of the Trinity on your site.  I'll get right to it, and I'm sorry if these are questions that you've already addressed.  If they are, please just post a link to the article and I'll be happy to read them.First off, in II Corinthians 1:3 Paul writes "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ"In my opinion Paul's letters seem to make a pretty clear distinction between Father and Son.  Here is included not only the God "AND" Father, but also "OF" our Lord Jesus Christ. But the reason I mostly believe in the Trinity is actually from Genesis 18 and 19.Just to rehash it quickly, Abraham is sitting in the tent door when he looks up and see's 3 men standing near him.  He gets up and says Genesis 18:3 "My Lord, if I have now found favor in Your sight, do not pass on by Your servant..."  So he serves them and they talk, then it reads Genesis 18:22 "Then the men turned away from there and went toward Sodom, but Abraham still stood before the Lord."At 19:1 we read "Now the two angels came to Sodom in the evening.."So logically, there were 3 men,...
