Letter to Scouts
To Jason, to all involved, concerned (and obviously to those not so concerned):   My name is Victor Hafichuk. Jonathan is my son. He received the letter below through the Scouts connection.   From what I have read, Baden Powell had strong Christian ethics, convictions and values. These he incorporated into the organization he founded a little over 100 years ago. This is why, for example, that Scouts close their meetings with ceremonial prayer to God. I have no doubt that if Powell were still here, and discovered the kind of communication Jason has sent here to my son, you, Jason would be out of Scouts, if permitted membership in the first place. Mr. Powell is not with us anymore, and much has changed. Scouts is not as it was originally, and secular laws have demanded changes in Scout philosophy and conduct, some of which are quite anti-Christian and anti-biblical. You, Jason obviously may not have a problem with that, according to this letter you sent.   I have no illusions that Scouts is any longer Christian, if it ever truly was, though it has some remnant signs that it had some Christian principles at one time. However, I am here today, my son is in Scouts, and I find your sense of humor to young boys not just unacceptable, but reprehensible. There are not that many steps more to pedophilia, as far as I am concerned. There is not one decent parent, Christian or not, who should not take the exposure of his or her son to this vulgarity ...

Page 8 PART EIGHT – Day 888 to Victory (cont.) Particle – Prophecies for Paul and Lois Years before, I had a prophecy for Paul when he was still in his wayward state, the Lord saying that He was going to “hook Paul by the nose and take him back where he came from.” At the time, Paul was doing as he pleased and not seeking after the Lord as when he first began. I also had a prophecy for Lois at that same time. It was also brief and sounded hard, but I don't recall what it was. Now I saw Lois as a butcher, a brute beast that tramples mercilessly, defecating on all she leaves behind in the wake of her destruction. She smashes her way through those things godly and precious, sweeping them out of their places with brutish, hairy arms. She vomits before and defecates behind. The destructive one must be apprehended and strongly chained, yet for what purpose? Her nature is only to destroy. Therefore, she will have to be destroyed. But has there been no faith, no piety? Why were such things spoken of her? She was deceitful, with not a shred of mercy, understanding, patience, compassion, or desire for holiness. She lived only for pleasure. Particle – A Revelation for the Reform Party Though I knew full well that politics aren't the ultimate answer for the ills of society (only Jesus Christ is), I realized that, in God's economy of things, they still played a part, even as they did in Joseph's, David's, Esther's, and Daniel's days. Jesus advised to “render...

Page 9 PART FOUR– Bernalillo to Moon River (cont.) Particle – By Their Fruits You Shall Know Them My mother had often put the onus on Dad for not believing us, for not coming out of the Catholic Church, for not being in touch with us. She said she agreed with us, but didn't wish to upset him. We didn't believe her; now that Dad was gone, what would she do? As expected, she did nothing, and she was without her prime excuse - it made no difference. Paul was moved to write her a letter, confronting her on her disingenuousness, which he did. She called four days after the funeral. I told her the vision I had of Dad, passing over to the next world with elated face. As expected, though she said nothing, I knew she didn't believe me. Particle – A Hitlerian Hebrew Hater I was somewhat surprised when I heard things our landlord, Nick Gerstenbuhler, had to say concerning Jews: “Hitler was right! They should all have been exterminated. Then the world's troubles would be over!” He was rabid. I didn't say anything, not thinking there was any point, so ignorant and dogmatic he was. His son, Armin, brushed it off as, “I don't agree with Dad. He's from the old school.” Armin saw it as “old school”? Was there not more at stake here than simply having a difference in education and point of view? Didn't they learn anything from the war, and from the fact that Hitler was destroyed in his folly? I was rather amazed by Nick's ignorance, bitternes...
