Have you ever built anything. The prize is much greater than the price…..

Our answer to him or her is: “How would you know?”

Seeing all manner of falsehood exposed on this site, some, like Joe, being partakers and supporters of that which God has determined to be removed from His sight, attack us with critical spirits, declaring we are critical.

No doubt we are critical; that is only stating the obvious. But to what end is our criticism? Do we attack people anonymously, calling them names and giving no sound reason or evidence for such invectives?

No; we speak openly, without rancor, giving substance. This substance serves not only to tear down the unlicensed, unsafe, unsanitary buildings of men, which God has condemned, but also to build up the sanctified, healing, pure Building ordained by God through Jesus Christ, which is the gathering of His people incorporated into His Body.

What substance does anonymous “Joe” have? None. What is “Joe” building with his or her name calling? How amazing the contradiction of the enemy! He or she brings nothing of value to us (or to you). Even if there was something of value this person withheld (and there isn’t), we can’t contact him or her because the address, like the name, is fictitious. How instructive! How constructive! Or is it, “How destructive!”?

Which is better – constructive criticism or unsubstantiated, bitter criticism? You decide.

Meanwhile, “Joe” calls us “freeks” (it appears that even his earthly education is limited, how much more the heavenly). No doubt we are freaks to those who hide in the dark, afraid to be seen or identified in the light of day with their beliefs, yet driven by madness to furtive attacks. We know in Whom we have believed, and we are not afraid to speak out. Indeed, knowing Him Who has sent us, we dare not withhold from speaking out.

The dictionary gives this meaning to the actual word, “freak”:

Someone who is so ardently devoted to something that it resembles an addiction.

By the grace of God, we are ardently devoted to Jesus Christ and to the calling He has given us, to speak out against all lying falsehood perpetrated in His Name or usurping His authority. As our brother Jehu once did:

“’Come with me, and see my zeal for the LORD’… And when he came to Samaria, he slew all that remained unto Ahab in Samaria, till he had destroyed him, according to the saying of the LORD, which He spoke to Elijah” (2 Kings 10:16-17 KJV).

According to the saying of the Lord, we both speak and do, by His grace.
