Blood, not Brains Makes a Christian

Subject: Questions on the Trinity.

Hey guys, I’m pretty new to your site and I’ve been looking around a lot and learning some very interesting stuff.  I consider myself a “baby Christian” as I only started reading the Bible in February.  Since then I’ve read it twice more this year.  But, I do have a quick question about the denial of the Trinity on your site.  I’ll get right to it, and I’m sorry if these are questions that you’ve already addressed.  If they are, please just post a link to the article and I’ll be happy to read them.

First off, in II Corinthians 1:3 Paul writes “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ”

In my opinion Paul’s letters seem to make a pretty clear distinction between Father and Son.  Here is included not only the God “AND” Father, but also “OF” our Lord Jesus Christ.

But the reason I mostly believe in the Trinity is actually from Genesis 18 and 19.

Just to rehash it quickly, Abraham is sitting in the tent door when he looks up and see’s 3 men standing near him.  He gets up and says Genesis 18:3 “My Lord, if I have now found favor in Your sight, do not pass on by Your servant…”  So he serves them and they talk, then it reads Genesis 18:22 “Then the men turned away from there and went toward Sodom, but Abraham still stood before the Lord.”

At 19:1 we read “Now the two angels came to Sodom in the evening..”

So logically, there were 3 men, 2 were angels, 1 was the Lord in the figure of man, which can only be Jesus.  Then I’m sure you know how the angels visit went, so my big question is:

Genesis 19:24 where it reads:  “Then the Lord rained brimstone and fire on Sodom and Gomorrah, from the Lord out of the heavens.”

So, the way I read that is “Then the Lord (Son* in human form on the earth ie; Jesus) rained brimstone and fire on Sodom and Gomorrah, from the Lord (Father YHWH) out of the heavens.

I’m sorry but I have a JW friend that I haven’t talked to in a while, last time I talked to him I was just getting into the Bible, so when he asked me “If Jesus is God, then why did he pray to God?”  At the time I didn’t have a response, but now I feel like if he would ask me again, I would actually go to the Genesis passage, over anything in the New Testament, that there are Father and Son, but both share the power of the Godhead.  Can you tell me how this passage does not confirm the possibility of the Trinity?  Obviously the Spirit is not mentioned here, but if you can establish that there is a Father AND a Son, it wouldn’t be too inconceivable of adding the Spirit to the equation.

Thank you ahead of time for your response, and again I’m sorry if this passage has been sited before.

Hi Alex,

Your question about Genesis 19 is answered in The Asininity of the Trinity.

You would do well to read all of the writings in The Trinity and Jesus Christ Is God.

However, you need to become a Christian by blood, not brains. Being an intellectual Christian will never do. Read How One Is Saved and The Cross – Only the Death Sentence Will Avail.

For more on the error of JW’s denying the divinity of Jesus Christ, see Jehovah’s Witnesses.

You wouldn’t approve of other harmful practices in your home, would you, like smoking crack? Veganism is more insidious, because it destroys physically and spiritually while its practitioners are proud of the destruction they’re sowing and reaping. Crackheads rarely try to convert their mums.   If your daughters’ diets were poor in the past, veganism could be an improvement, no doubt, but to a degree and only for the short term. You’re already seeing fallout from this diet, because its philosophy is gravely corrupt and affects all levels of being. You should be looking into and implementing true principles of health for yourself and your family, as much as possible. If you don’t already know, Lucifer is our true lord and savior. Do you believe me? Let me prove it to you, with my book Hallowed Be Thy Name: Lucifer, Origins & Revelation, which I dare claim is “the most blasphemous and crucial theological disclosure of the past two thousand years.” Learn about the gods of Mesopotamian mythology et al. and their relevance to the Abrahamic deities, focusing on the mystery of Lucifer. I disprove many widely cherished beliefs: Lucifer is our creator, God is evil, Hell does not exist, Satan is the Holy Spirit, the gods are not cosmic beings, etc. Naturally, this will be of interest to all you Satanists and Luciferians. Christians, Jews and Muslims will also take great interest since it is, of course, primarily about your deities. It will bring pagans and polytheists closer to the roots of their faiths as well. Atheists will enjoy it because it gives them a much more compelling and effective argument than what they already have.  Don’t just take my word for it, get a copy and see for yourself!  Priscilla For more, visit http://www.beautifulnightmarestudios.com/ ORDER NOW: http://www.amazon.com/Hallowed-Be-Thy-Name-Revelation/dp/0692609334/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1454454358&sr=8-1&keywords=priscilla+vogelbacher From: Victor Hafichuk To: Priscilla Cc: Paul Cohen Sent: F...
