Hi Pat,

It sounds like you started on the right track, but are stuck in your relationship with others. Are you sure you're uncertain about what do to, or are you hanging on to these people? The Scripture you quoted us gives you the answer:

Mark 6:11 says "Any place that does not receive you or listen to you, as you go out from there, shake the dust off the soles of your feet for a testimony against them."

If you have sure evidence that the people you're associated with who profess to believe don't believe, then why treat them as believers? Will you get blood out of a stone? If you've talked to them about matters of faith and they clearly aren't interested, even resisting what you say, aren't you striving if you continue to try to convince or change them?

At this point you need to evaluate your relationships. Are you trying to gather spiritually with the dead? That won't do, and you'll end up dead, too, and sorrier than those who never knew the Truth.

“Therefore come out from among them and be separated, says the Lord, and do not touch the unclean thing. And I will receive you and I will be a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty” (2 Corinthians 6:17-18 MKJV).

Every believer is called to forsake the world, which particularly includes those in the world who have a claim to your affection and fealty.

“If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his father and mother and wife and children and brothers and sisters, yes, and his own life also, he cannot be My disciple. And whoever does not bear his cross and come after Me, he cannot be My disciple” (Luke 14:26-27 MKJV).

If you have casual relationships with some who aren't impeding your walk with the Lord, then don't worry about trying to convert those who aren't listening. Be a good neighbor to all and mind your business, whatever it is the Lord has given you. Look to Him for the right way and attitude to walk in, which are one.

But with those who are of this world, following false teachers such as Joseph Prince (Joseph Prince of This World), Joel Osteen ('Everybodys Friendly Enemy), Mike Murdock (Mammon Merchandising Maestro), Martin Luther ('-Luthers Legacy Unleashing the Man of Sin) and the Pope (Catholicism), how can you call these your “very good friends,” if you're called to be a friend of God?

“Can two walk together unless they are agreed?” (Amos 3:3 MKJV)

“Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? Therefore whoever desires to be a friend of the world is the enemy of God” (James 4:4 MKJV).

Being a witness isn't about what you do for Him, but about Who He is and what HE does with you.

Thank you so much for your reply that is most sincerely appreciated and a true validation of what I have been pondering for a few months. Stuck is a good word. After reading your email I just now am studying Psalm 119. Psalm 119:139 - "My zeal wears me out, for my enemies ignore Your words." Yep, that it does.

I have been studying - asking, seeking and knocking - yes, He DOES open the door to His truth - faithfully for about 7 years. It took me awhile to try to DIS-prove God's word in understanding His 4th commandment after being a long time Sunday church goer. No, it can't be!! I thought that can't be true. I poured over His word learning every thing I could about where God rescinded this Law. Every verse, every word. I read and wrote. I never heard of that
before. Why??? He NEVER DID...not one jot or tittle! His commandments are ALL written in our hearts as Jeremiah proclaimed. Well, they weren't in mine!!

Oh my, now they are. I strive to please God on His Sabbath. And everyday. I love Him so much. I can never...NEVER..repay Him for His willing, tortuous sacrifice on the cross for my sins. But I can sacrifice, if one calls it that, a day I so look forward to. That day to KNOW HIM, to glory and bask in His love and His truth, to rest in Him and pour over His words as they continue to come alive. Especially, and importantly, in this day and time.

1 Timothy 4:10-11 "For it is for this we labor and strive, because we have fixed our hope on the living God, who is the Savior of all men, especially of believers. Prescribe and teach these things.…"

Jesus preached, taught and healed on the Sabbath and out in the open air during the rest of the week.(NIV Matthew 4:23; Mark 1:21 and notes ) Yep, I'm done with folks who complain and chastise because I don't "go to church", or their neighbors have stopped going to church. I am among those who are the church, His temple,...called out ones...Revelation 18:4. I've "come out of her" and as explained in "Diabolical Doctrine: You Must Go to Church." Nope. I want to obey His commands.

Being a mom, a granny, and a GREAT granny of precious little ones, I talk and sing of Jesus Christ at every opportunity. I know the little ones will remember those words as they grow up. As I previously stated below -
I stand on God's promise in Isaiah 55:9-11.

I have not gone to the "organized religion" sunday, paganized church for many years except for a brief stint for about 6 months. When WiFi came in and people were encouraged to use their cell phones to read along rather than God's Book, and other things that were troublesome to me, that was the last straw. I wanted to go back to Sabbath, Saturday, His day He made for mankind. I left for good. We are to be in the world but not of the world. In watching this "idol" become another appendage to the masses, its easy to see how Christ, once again, has been thrown to the curb. Another golden calf. And people don't see it.

I am retired from being a Designer of Life Support Equipment for many years - Ventilators. I also was a Designer on the C-130 and the P-3 Orion aircraft. After retirement in January, 2003 I started another career as a Master Gardener/Organic grower and teacher at the local college of organic gardening and growing roses organically/rose pruner and rose caretaker for many customers. Working long hours in a desert garden - and helping others in theirs - one intimately sees and thinks about all the wondrous blessings Almighty God has provided for us. Herbs, seeds, beautiful flowers for our pleasure and good health, and stately trees to protect our environment and clean the air. No one needs any of man's toxic drugs that merely mask a disease, never cure, if they follow the Manufacturer's law's and guidelines for healthful eating and living.

Here's a few lighter thoughts to ponder -

One takes a hard, tiny black seed, plants it into the ground at just the right time of year and depth and it one day, in God's perfect timing, grows up to become a large white bulb with green stalks. Its called an onion and its flavors add nutrition and delight to our foods.

Another seed is small, round, pale colored with a protective gelatinous covering. It's gelatinous covering prevents the seed from growing inside the fruit its ultimately intended to be. Planted into the ground at just the right time and weather and soil temperature it turns into a ball of bright red deliciousness as a tomato that makes our salivary glands tingle at first bite and its juices run down our chin. Or it may become a small, yellow, pear-shaped tomato. Or a little herb seed can grow into a lovely plant used to flavor our foods.

All depending on the DNA placed in one tiny self-contained little package to grow up to its full potential by the Creator Himself! What magnificence!

God is not yet finished with any of us. Thank you, again for your helping me resolve this issue of when to "let go" of those who are hostile to God's truth, yet profess His Name. He does require of us. His path is narrow and He wants no slacker's in His soon Kingdom to come.. Your advice is very much appreciated.

Well, I did give it a quick "look-see" and will spend more as time permits. Pretty awesome. I used to sell organic fertilizer for some years as a Master Gardener until the alfalfa meal that was the major ingredient in this wonderful fertilizer (no manure but grain based) was becoming GMO. I did not want to give anything GMO to my customers. I also chose not to be certified organic. Alfalfa meal keeps down the underground critter population. The roots of the plants uptake the alfalfa meal and when the critters taste it as they nibble on the plants roots...pthooooie! They move onto the next door neighbors or somewhere else.

Have you ever looked into growing Moringa Trees? Oh my, they are wonderful. I have 3 seedlings growing now, each about 7' tall. They grow fast. A search brings up many wonderful sites.

It is called the "Miracle Tree" and also the "Tree of Life". Mostly grown in the third world nations but starting to come here to USA - a superb food source, medicinal uses, water purifier, health and life giving. Here in the High Desert of California where I live I have three seedlings growing in my living room due to our freeze which can often turn to a hard freeze. They do best in tropical climates but also in semi-arid and arid climates. USDA hardiness zones 9 and 10.

I truly believe that we here in USA, as well as other nations, will become a third world nation with the biblical events going on here and elsewhere around the world.

I received my Master Gardener and Master Composter Certificate in 2003. And grow using organic principles - no chemicals allowed!!! Getting the soil ready for Spring planting. And a welcome garden for the birds, bees, butterflies, etc.

That's very interesting about how alfalfa meal works. And I had heard of the Moringa tree, but have now familiarized myself more with your links. What a plant! We're not in the right climate zone at our farm for outdoor planting, but could try it indoors. I'm sharing this with the farm and all the believers with whom we're in touch.

Of course, we know that God has made many plants with marvelous properties that are undiscovered or way underutilized. Hard things indeed ahead for the US, Europe, and the whole world, as God turns things upside down by the fire He sends for judgment. It is that blessed Day of the Lord, the one for which all the saints have longed. Peter writes of this Day, even with the last of his recorded words - fit ones for us to consider regarding what is at hand:

(7) But the present heavens and the earth being kept in store by the same Word, are being kept for fire until the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.
(8) But, beloved, let not this one thing be hidden from you, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

Thank you for your article on Dandelions. I was just talking to a dear friend yesterday about dandelions. This time of the year I have plenty growing randomly in my garden. Her daughter has another metastasized cancer. God has given us everything - green herb and seed - we need for our good health.

And He has given us so much bounty to harvest from our gardens...if we only did it His way. He has provided everything to have healthy nutritious gardens without toxic chemicals that our plants become "chemically addicted" to. Then we think we have to pour on more and more as the plants roots grow smaller from those toxic chemicals.

Did you know that 97% of the insect population are the "good guys" - the predators who kill off the 3% of the "bad guys" who destroy the leaves, and fruits of our labor? We want those precious 97% - the bees, wasps, etc. It has a fancy $10 name - "Integrated Pest Management".....I just simply call it God-given!

The biggest killer of tomato plants are those big green horn worms. Did you know that there is a wasp that feeds on the backs of the horn worms and kills off the worm...thus, saving our tomatoes!!

It is far better than most bible sites. I especially admire the sermons of long time ago preachers of the 1700 - 1800's of the words of - John Wesley, Alexander MacLaren, etc. Their words are eloquent and have a much deeper "meat" of His word than so many preachers in today's "milk" fed churches at least here in America.

I have a plant - many - that I harvest the seeds every year. I have been growing this plant for many, many years. It reseeds itself every year and grows wonderful frilly flowers. I only discovered the history (seeds found in King Tut's tomb) and the many excellent health benefits a few years ago. I have identified this plant with its flowers and growing habit. It is always imperative to do so. I save the seeds every year as they grow into the pods. You are welcome to try to grow some of them there if you'd like me to send you some of the seeds.

We know of many who have had very good results using dandelion root for cancer, especially prepared the way George Cairns showed us. If you need those instructions, let me know. (We also prepare and sell the powder for anyone who can't make it for themselves.)

Thank you for your offer of George Cairns instructions on dandelion root for cancer. I have a good friend who is going to visit her daughter in Idaho April 2 as her daughter's cancer has metastasized to her lungs. The instructions would be good information to give to take with her.
