The Thief Comes to Destroy, Period

No Brownie Points for Supposed Good Works & No Pity for Supposed Misfortunes

In conversation, Paul asked Carol what she thought of Len Horowitz. The applicable portion of her reply:

I know Len, have met him a few times, read at least one of his books, reviewed another one, and heard him speak a few times. At first, speaking with him, I thought he was a messianic jew, but I think after reading some of what he has posted on the internet that he is actually more open to the occult. However, some things he says have foundation in fact; plus, my heart goes out to him and his family for the persecution and death threats they have faced due to his knowledge about vaccines. With regard to the possible occult side of his teachings, you just have to be careful about who you listen to, as you well know.

Paul’s reply:

We agree about Len Horowitz and the occult. The man is a wizard; his teachings come right out of the pit of hell. He is also a total phony. I’m not asking you to take my word for it – read the following mailer we just sent out and see for yourself:

As a matter of interest to all, we have a new posting on our site about another False Teacher Exposed.

Len Horowitz:

The King of Vain Deceit

“Be careful that you don’t let anyone rob you through his philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the elements of the world, and not after Messiah. For in Him all the fullness of the Godhead dwells bodily” (Colossians 2:8-9 HNV).

Len Horowitz is just such a thief, mixing God and Christ into his health business enterprises, calling himself the “King David of Natural Healing.” In this writing, we expose Zen Len for the unscrupulous and fraudulent ways by which he has made merchandise of many.

Carol’s response:

Paul,

Please keep in mind the many good things Len has done in terms of exposing vaccines. He is very brilliant in terms of his scientific research in that avenue. But I think (may be wrong) that he either accepted the Lord at one point or came close to it (was probably witnessed to, but refused at some point), then decided to go his own way, and thus was open for deception. But as to his vaccine research, he is not a phony, and many people have been helped by having this knowledge – including me. And as someone who lost his family in the holocaust, I am not going to thrust another arrow into his side. His business of ‘health’ is another thing altogether (in terms of representations and delusions), but it is not my mission in life to attack him; God will judge us all. My greatest concern is not charlatans outside the church, but those inside it.

Carol

Paul’s reply:

Hi Carol,

No doubt Horowitz says some true things, as do all imposters and false teachers:

“For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light” (2 Corinthians 11:13-14 KJV).

I am not a qualified judge, however, to evaluate all his scientific research. I did find others pointing out lies in his science presentations and arguments, not because they were for vaccines, but because the man is, in the most expressive term I can think of, a proven bullshitter who has been caught in lies there, too.

I disagree that he does much good, because he damages the credibility of a good cause like alternative health practices by his lying ways, just as he maligns the Name of Christ, Yeshua HaMashiach, by his blasphemous teachings. Anything he associates with is tainted. From what the Lord has shown us, Carol, one cannot trust a word Len says. He is, as pointed out in our paper, what men call a sociopath, an inveterate liar.

Not that we needed confirmation, but others who have worked with Horowitz have come forward because of our posting and have expressed the validity of these things from their personal experiences.

But it isn’t about Len, really. It’s about you and everyone else who hears these things, to be instructed and guided in the way of truth. It is not our mission to attack Len Horowitz, but to expose him and all other false teachers and imposters whom the Lord brings our way. That is what being a shepherd is all about, if you think about it.

Are not all wolves trying to gain access to the sheep? Better to identify and collar them before they get in, don’t you agree?

“For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock” (Acts 20:29 KJV).

But I wonder what you mean by “the church.” Can you elaborate? Much of what people call the church is the institutionalized, manmade false one. So what happens if Horowitz gains access to members of Rick Warren’s church (another false teacher on our site), for example? It is the blind robbing the blind, which is not our concern as members of the true Church, the assembly of saints in Heaven.

As for sympathy about the Holocaust, who does Len claim he lost? Relatives, like mine, that he never met? Not that it matters even if he lost his closest family. That doesn’t change the fact of his wickedness. Shall one spare a wicked man because his family suffered calamity? Not according to God:

1 Samuel 15:10-35 MKJV
(10) And the Word of the LORD came to Samuel saying,
(11) It repents Me that I have set up Saul to be king. For he has turned back from following Me and has not done My commands. And it grieved Samuel, and he cried out to the LORD all night.
(12) And when Samuel rose up early in the morning to meet Saul, it was told to Samuel, saying, Saul came to Carmel, and behold, he set up a place for himself, and has gone around and passed on and gone down to Gilgal.
(13) And Samuel came to Saul. And Saul said to him, You are blessed of the LORD. I have done the command of the LORD.
(14) And Samuel said, What then is this bleating of the flock in my ears? And what is the sound of the herd which I hear?
(15) And Saul said, They have brought them from the Amalekites. For the people spared the best of the sheep and of the oxen to sacrifice to the LORD your God. And the rest we have completely destroyed.
(16) And Samuel said to Saul, Stop! And I will tell you what the LORD has said to me tonight. And he said to him, Speak.
(17) And Samuel said, When you were little in your own sight, did you not become the head of the tribes of Israel? And the LORD anointed you king over Israel.
(18) And The LORD sent you on the way and said, Go and completely destroy the sinners, Amalek, and fight against them until you destroy them.
(19) Why then did you not obey the voice of the LORD? Why did you fly on the spoil and do evil in the sight of the LORD?
(20) And Saul said to Samuel, Yes, I have obeyed the voice of the LORD, and have gone the way which the LORD sent me, and have brought Agag the king of Amalek, and have completely destroyed the Amalekites.
(21) But the people took from the spoil, of the flocks and herd, the best of the things devoted to sacrifice to the LORD your God in Gilgal.
(22) And Samuel said, Does the LORD delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice! To listen is better than the fat of rams!
(23) For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idol-worship. Because you have rejected the Word of the LORD, He has also rejected you from being king!
(24) And Saul said to Samuel, I have sinned. For I have disobeyed the command of the LORD, and your word, because I feared the people and obeyed their voice.
(25) And now please pardon my sin and turn again with me so that I may worship the LORD.
(26) And Samuel said to Saul, I will not return with you, for you have rejected the Word of the LORD, and the LORD has rejected you from being king over Israel.
(27) And Samuel turned around to go, and he laid hold on the skirt of his robe, and it tore.
(28) And Samuel said to him, the LORD has torn the kingdom of Israel from you this day, and has given it to a neighbor of yours who is better than you.
(29) And also the Glory of Israel will not lie nor repent, for He is not a man that He should repent.
(30) Then he said, I have sinned. Please honor me now before the elders of my people and before Israel, and turn again with me. And I shall worship the LORD your God.
(31) And Samuel turned again after Saul, and Saul worshiped the LORD.
(32) And Samuel said, Bring here to me Agag the king of the Amalekites. And Agag came to him daintily. And Agag said, Surely the bitterness of death is past.
(33) And Samuel said, As your sword has made women childless, so shall your mother be childless among women. And Samuel cut Agag in pieces before the LORD in Gilgal.
(34) And Samuel went to Ramah. And Saul went up to his house to Gibeah of Saul.
(35) And Samuel never again saw Saul until the day of his death, for Samuel mourned for Saul. And the LORD repented that He had made Saul king over Israel.

Hadn’t Agag just suffered a "Holocaust"? No, Carol, it is not right that we let Len and other wicked like him escape. God will also hold us accountable, just as He did Saul, were we to follow what appears to be your advice for us.

Another thing to consider is that God was over the Holocaust, judging the Jews while making way for Israel to emerge from the ashes. The way we see American Jewry behaving today, we see more severe judgments coming here too, to teach men the fear of God:

“The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether” (Psalms 19:9 KJV).

Amen.

Paul

Carol’s reply:

I think our job is to expose wolves in sheep’s clothing. But Yeshua never exposed wolves who were dressed like wolves. And since we are not Yeshua and not able to throw the first stone at anyone, we need to be VERY CAREFUL who we attack, what percentage of our time we spend exposing others, how we do it, and why we do it. Unbeknown to most of us, we usually attack based on our own pride, to subconsciously be shown to be superior. As the scripture says, most false teacher will be revealed simply as a result of their deeds: they will expose themselves.

I think an attack on Horowitz will surely be used for evil purposes by big pharma, and I consider them to be a far worse enemy than Horowitz, who has never done me any harm. Remember the scriptural admonition about not coming against someone when they have done you no harm? Big pharma, by contrast, kills hundreds of thousands of people every year – that we know about. The actual number is no doubt much higher.

Paul’s reply:

Carol, you are altogether confounded. Any teacher who uses the Lord’s Name to justify false teachings is a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

Doesn’t Horowitz presume to come in the Name of the Lord? Isn’t he teaching people falsely about Yahweh and the Messiah, while appearing as a truth-teller? That is posing as a sheep (or shepherd). He doesn’t come out with big fangs and tell you he is going to eat you for lunch, does he?

Because you see Horowitz as a wolf coming from outside the church (if you do) doesn’t mean that others should not be warned (I gave you Acts 20:29, for example) or that they don’t need to hear about his lies, which they only suspected previously, but could not peg down. Edification and confirmation are in order. Where are you getting your ideas? Certainly not from the Lord or the Scriptures.

More confusion follows when you say we should judge wolves in sheep’s clothing, but can’t judge since we aren’t Yeshua, but if we do judge, we need to be “VERY CAREFUL.” That’s total bedlam. You can’t have it both ways and somewhere in between. That is neither “yes” nor “no” nor even a clear “maybe.” There is clarity and simplicity in the truth; your thinking is anything but.

And how will you judge whether we spend too much time exposing false teachers? Do you perceive the motive of our hearts? Do you know whether God has sent us or not? If He has (and He has), are you not venturing into dangerous territory?

You judge us by the feelings that come out of your own heart, which the Scriptures say is desperately wicked (Jeremiah 17:9). What other explanation is there for your contradiction and confusion?

The bottom line is you shouldn’t be judging if you don’t know what you are doing, and obviously you don’t know what you are doing.

What Scriptural admonition are you talking about that says not to come against someone unless they have personally done you harm? We have heard the opposite:

“Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but give place to wrath; for it is written, ‘Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,’ says the Lord” (Romans 12:19 EMTV).

The Scriptures are about speaking the truth in the love of God. We are not to come against anyone, except in that sense that our Head, Yeshua, did as a man in the days of His flesh (are you not familiar with what He said to the imposters of His day?).

You are so very wrong that we are not able to walk, talk, and judge as Yeshua did. We can because we are in Him, as He has made His abode in us. We have His Mind, the Bible says. As the Father sent Him, so He sends us, He said. But you don’t believe in His coming in the flesh, do you? That is antiChrist. Beware.

As for whether speaking the truth about Horowitz will be used for evil purposes by Big Pharma, since when do those set on deception and greed find any shortage of things to use to justify and propagate their agendas? Why should the fact that they will do more evil intimidate us into withholding the truth about scoundrels like Horowitz? Isn’t that the way these corporations operate, concealing the evildoing and evildoers among them, in order to maintain their cause? How credible do you think they look when the truth comes out (and it always does – there is nothing hid that won’t be made manifest)?

Why would you want to emulate them?

The real question is this: Who is in charge? Is God (the Truth), or Big Pharma and any other number of liars? Don’t you know that God is in charge, and that He has given humanity Big Pharma as a judgment on their evil? The real answer for the putting away of evil is repentance from all sin, which includes not countenancing liars like Horowitz who pretend to come to save the day. He is worse than the pharmaceutical companies, because they don’t sell God for a nickel.

We are sent to speak the truth to all, Carol, not only about Horowitz, but as applicable and required of everyone, even as I speak to you now. Receive it for your good or reject it for your evil.

Do you even know what we teach from the Lord? Have you earnestly red our site? You are certainly in no position to judge us or our work in the Lord. You should heed your own warning about being very careful.

We don’t say this in enmity, but in sobriety and with knowledge of God, His will and ways.

Paul Cohen
