I have touched women unknowingly to them at their bottox area, and am asking, do I have to confess it to them?

Matthew, you should confess to the ladies whom you touched that you took advantage of them physically, and along with this humbling, and more importantly, stop pretending to be an apostle. You’re not an apostle of the Lord Jesus Christ. If you were, you wouldn’t be sending emails from “Apostle Matthew,” and you wouldn’t be conducting yourself in lewd behavior.
