No Life Without the Essence

We received an unsubscribe request in reply to Where the Axe Meets the Root from CiAnn Masi, the Office Manager of The Living Essence Foundation (www.livingessence.com). Paul’s reply, based on what is posted there about love:

Greetings in the Lord Jesus Christ, CiAnn,

The love of God, which is manifested in Jesus Christ, is so far beyond the greatest and deepest love that you could discover in yourself and/or in other human beings, that when you see and know Him, you will be ashamed that you called what you had by the same name. Here is the difference I can tell you about:

The love of Christ is not dependent on another person, or even on you. In the days of His flesh, Jesus was alone in the fellowship He had with the Father. He manifested the love of God towards His brethren when there was no one to reciprocate. No man or woman could stand with Christ in His final temptations, yet He so loved the world that He gave His life not only for those He called friends, who forsook Him, but also for those who were His enemies who took His life. He forgave them all.

How did He have this love? By looking to men or even within Himself? No. He looked to and obeyed the Father of spirits, His Father. That is how He became God incarnate, the fully expressed love of God, complete in human flesh.

Here is the kicker: He did this so that we could be and do the same. He would have no less from us. He does not expect us to express this love in our own power or understanding. We are in need of the Savior exactly because we are wholly inadequate to the task of being like God, sold out to serving ourselves. We can only look to the Lord Jesus Christ, by the grace of God, and put our trust in Him to change us as we obey Him. That is the fruit of Christ’s love, planted in His death, and raised up in the human being in which He has conceived Himself, those called and chosen by God through Christ.

“In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation concerning our sins” (1 John 4:10 MKJV).

“And we have seen and testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Savior of the world. Whoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwells in him and he in God. And we have known and believed the love that God has in us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him. In this is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment, that as He is, so also we are in this world” (1 John 4:14-17 MKJV).

I have boldness and perfect love because I am as Him in this world. That is how and why I can write to you.

What you preach and teach at The Living Essence Foundation is not the Living Essence. You are not drinking from the Fountain of Life, or eating from the Tree of Life, the only Place where such is found. You have found the life in your own hand by eating from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. That is death, as God promised it would be. You are in death, not life. That is why Jesus said this:

“Do not marvel at this, for the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves shall hear His voice” (John 5:28 MKJV).

It is time for the Real to be made manifest, which also means the unreal is exposed to be put away.
